Richard Blanch has been an entrepreneur for the last two decades and is the current founder of Le Metier de Beaute, a global luxury consumer package goods company that specializes in cosmetics, skincare and fragrance.

Le Metier de Beaute is a large global business distributing products in numerous retailers within countries around the World.  Mr. Blanch has been instrumental in designing and developing its 300+ products and working with partners to advertise, market and sell those products globally.  Mr. Blanch holds patents in packaging design and software design from his work with Le Metier de Beaute.  
Prior to Le Metier de Beaute, Mr. Blanch cultivated his entrepreneurial business skills while building Masters of Branding, an advertising and strategic marketing agency, based in New York City.  Founded in 2001, Masters of Branding specialized in advertising and marketing programs for clients including LVMH, Christian Dior, Coty, Philosophy, L’Oreal, P&G, Macys, Saks 5th Avenue, Sephora, Target, Wal-Mart, CVS, International Paper, Microsoft and the NFL.
 

Mr. Blanch started his career with Zenimax Media in where he was a part of the team that won Cyber Lions Awards at Cannes, several Clio Awards and an Art Director Club Award.

Mr. Blanch currently serves as the Chairman of Aaron Paper and holds a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from The Catholic University of America.  He and his wife Vivianna reside in New York City and Cold Spring NY and have three sons.
